This is my second purchase from this dealership. I have always been a FORD guy, but got interested in the RAMs when they were redesigned in 2009. I went into this dealership just to take a look in 2010, and walked out with a brand new 2010 RAM 1500. I was more than satisfied with its performance throughout my ownership and the service department is the best I have ever experienced. I went in today and got a 2013 and my sales experience was just as stress free as the last time. My service rep. (Shane Marion) is the BEST. When I tell him a problem he knows the solution right away. Quotes come quick, and are very accurate. No nasty surprises. My sales rep. (Winston Shamsudeen) sold me the first truck as well this second one. I have recommended more than 10 people to him, and will continue to do so. He makes the sales process easy and definitely less stressful. No annoying hard sells. The finance manager (Rajan Sabharwal) worked hard to get me the best financing option and worked closely with Winston to get the pricing to a comfortable level. I never liked going into a car dealership before. This team makes the experience enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

Our eleven year old Sebring had very little time left, so we need to replace it rather quickly. Team Chrysler was highly recommended to us. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by several employees, we advised that we had an appointment with Bourk Boyd. They immediately advised us that they were aware that we were coming and that he would be with us shortly. We looked around the lot for a few minutes, all the sales people were so courteous, they were not your typical "sales people". We met with Bourk and Rich and told them what we were looking for. Both Bourk and Rich were so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Within two days we purchased our 2013 Ram 1500 pick up truck and couldn't be happier with it. Rajan was very knowledgeable about all of the warranty products and did not try to push any package, he made the decision totally up to us. Magdy assisted when we picked up the vehicle and was absoutely terrific. Our experience with Team Chrysler was the best experience that we have ever had with a dealership. We will definitely remember them when we have to purchase another vehicle. More

We came in looking to get out of a lease on a Toyota Rav4, owing approximately $5000. Not only did Team Chrysler get us out of our lease, they also paid off what was left on our Volkswagen Rabbit. Rajan negotiated a very fair interest rate for us, and we did not require any cosigners. We have worked with many car dealerships and staff over the years, and Team Chrysler was the best, and most accommodating, we have ever worked with! More

I just bought myself my very first car and my experience could not have been better!!! I dealt with two of the staff there. First, Rich Fatrola was so helpful in helping me pick out a vehicle. He found me a used 2011 jeep wrangler that had everything I asked for. I was in love with the car at first sight! The team let me test drive the vehicle and I was instantly sold. When I arranged a time to handle the paperwork Rich and Joe Alibi were very flexible. I have a really busy schedule so it was hard for me to find time. They made me feel like they had all the time in the world and really were flexible as to when I could come in. It meant a lot to me because I know they themselves are busy as well. Joe helped explain all the paperwork to me (again, it is my first first car purchase so this was so important). I had so many questions but Joe took his time to answer all of my questions. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Before I drove off the lot Joe had the team inspect my jeep one more time to make sure everything was in perfect condition Now at home with my new jeep and loving it! I know if I need to contact Joe or Rich I can at any time. They made me feel comfortable and confident I was making the right decision. They found me the car I wanted, helped make sure a financing plan fit my budget, and made sure I was well educated on the vehicle and everything that came with it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Even the people I wasn't dealing with made sure they said hi to me, and some even introduced themselves. It's a very friendly atmosphere and the staff is a 10/10! More

Car buying has (from my family point of view) become a problem because everyone is nice AND LIE when it comes to trying to sell, anything. WHO DO YOU TRUST NOWADAYS??. Well, these guys have -so far- stood by their word but not only that. They keep treating us great. That for me is shaping the idea of a HOME dealership. Which means how much I am appreciating this dealership. They've made me reconsider my mind about buying newer cars, from a dealership I can trust which will continue to provide a good (actually more than good) after the sale has been closed. AFTER being a key word. I genuinely recommend this dealership to friends, family and people looking for a good overall experience when shopping for a newer car. More

My son had taken a fancy to it after seeing one of his teachers drive a muscle car....Did 2 vists and bought the car in our second visit. As simple as that. This is one dealership that truly symbolized seelling cars to make the customer happy. No hustling, no pressure whatsoever and some fantastic friendly service. Did no haggling on price. They were honest and transparent in the pricing process. My son truly thought it was not only a great car but the experience turned out to be very memorable.
