Nelson worked to meet my price requirements and delivered the vehicle in a timely manner. Nelson displayed a professional attitude and answered all my questions with solid honest answers. As this was my first experience with purchasing a Dodge product I will certainly recommend both Nelson and the Team Chrysler facility to friends and family. Trust that the vehicle was everything I was looking for and was being told by Ralph. I was not disappointed. The Jeep I purchased was what I wanted and Ralph and dealership did everything possible to ensure the extra options were installed and that I could drive it back home without any delays. Customer Service was excellent as they also put us up for the night and covered our gas costs for the vehicle we drove down with. Ralph was very professional and likeable and really gives you the feeling that you are his number 1 customer. His followup was also top notch. It was definitely worth the drive down and for a future drive as well. More
