I was very impressed with his professional approach, his knowledge of the vehicles and his friendliness; he was not the typical pushy and arrogant salesman; the type that is ready to put you in a vehicle today. Louis was very patient with us, he explained our options and did an exceptional job to work with us and the budget we were working with. While we were waiting on the car to be delivered from the factory, Louis kept us constantly informed on the delivery status. Excellent Experience!! I finally decide to take the leap and get a Minivan. I researched on line brand new and used Grand Caravan models and decided on a used Grand Caravan I finally decide to take the leap and get a Minivan. I researched on line brand new and used Grand Caravan models and decided on a used Grand Caravan Crew unit. I set an appointment with Sam Islam and made my way down to Team Chrysler - Sam was polite and very knowledgeable on his product. He had a no hassle approach which I appreciated and listened to my needs before providing me with the details of what the Grand Caravan offered which helped me verify that I was indeed looking at the right vehicle. When it came to price and trade in of my existing vehicle, Sam and George (the sales manager) were absolutely amazing to deal with - rather then throw a price at me they asked me what I hoped to pay for the vehicle and obtain as a trade in on my existing vehicle. I explained to them both that I was working on a budget, and the number I hoped to hit (which I intentionally went aggressively low on). Very quickly though, they were willing to work with me which made me nervous thinking I had offered to much - I told them I would speak to my wife and get back to them in a few days. In that time I went to two other dealerships to see what they would offer me on very similar products - I was shocked when I saw their quotes as they were close to 20% higher then the Team Chrysler price. I was concerned I had blown my opportunity but when I called Sam and asked if he would still honour his deal he told me to come in and he would take care of me. I have to say, that he did!! I am the proud new owner of a Grand Caravan Crew and couldn't be happier with the service Team Chrysler provided me. If you looking for a new vehicle, go to Team Chrysler for a fair price and save your self a lot of time - Sam and George understand time is valuable and they understand a happy customer will tell their friends about the experience.
