Horrible Service I came in today with a concern over a product worth $150 which I've paid for and I had to deal with many people before I was able to see the parts man I came in today with a concern over a product worth $150 which I've paid for and I had to deal with many people before I was able to see the parts manager, then the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Ive spent thousands of dollars here and I was told by their parts staff that they care more about there dollars then customer service. I guess its time to take my business to a dealership who cares about their customers. Horrible service, I would never recommend this dealership! More

Finally stopped by team Chrysler and was impressed by the amount of cars there! my wife and I found a gold mine!! Not a big fan of cologne/perfume drenched, pushy, uninformed sales people. (sorry, bad experiences in the past few weeks of shopping) Thankfully we met Sam!!! He didn't come across as pushy in any way. He has a Friendly and approachable personality! He was incredibly well informed and helpful in picking out a vehicle for us! Answered all of our questions! I also have to say Sam was very patient with me, as I tend to be a bit of a Joker.. Want to say a massive Thank You to Sam for helping us find the right vehicle, and it was within our budget!!! Keep up the great work!!!!! Winston noticed me and immediately asked if he could help me. I was interested in a used Town and Country, but the one on the lot did not have the features I wanted. Winston suggested that if we looked at a brand new (2014) Dodge 30th Anniversary Edition Van, I could get the features I wanted AND save some money. He took the time to give me a tour and introduce me to the sales executives. He then showed me the deal, the sales manager approved it --- And I bought the brand new van!
