AMAZING!! My search for a new RAM truck began in Ottawa. After some searching and not finding options and accessories, I decided to expand my search to the GTA. My search for a new RAM truck began in Ottawa. After some searching and not finding options and accessories, I decided to expand my search to the GTA. My initial contact at Team Chyrsler in Mississauga was with Ravi Patel. We corresponded via email and over the telephone. Ravi was always professional, yet had easy-going, laid-back approach. He immediately created a rapport with me and was always timely in his responses. After much thought, we decided on a getaway to Toronto and visit the dealership on our last day to close a deal. Ravi greeted myself and family warmly. He gave us a tour of the dealership and coworkers; which was a very nice touch! In negotiations, he always listened attentively and was considerate to our wants, needs and desires..lol. Ravi knew all the products and vehicles and was key in helping chose the one which we are extremely happy with! I would recommend Ravi with no reservations what-so-ever! As a Finance Manager, Ali worked tirelessly to close not one, but two car deals for my wife and I. (We bought-back and refinanced our trade-in). Ali stayed late to finish the deal for my wife who is a new-comer to Canada. Ali's professionalism and easy-going approach made all of us, at ease. Ali clearly explained the process and advised on which loan to take. We never felt pressured nor hard-pressed to sign-up for extra insurance or features. (I did purchase an extended walk-away coverage for my own situation). Can't say thank-you enough Ali! That being said, we spent our day at Team Chrysler and were warmly welcomed and accommodated.
