Best service advisors over 10 yrs I have known Shane Marion and James Vincente for many years and NO ONE does it better than these two guys!! I bought an Audi and came back to Jeep as I have known Shane Marion and James Vincente for many years and NO ONE does it better than these two guys!! I bought an Audi and came back to Jeep as I was not happy with their service advisors. These guys will not try and sell you anything to make a buck- they are genuine and honest and recommend what is needed at the time your vehicle is in. They also make accommodations to assist when the unexpected occurs with your vehicle in an urgent or emergency situation- better than the insurance company as well. If you want to trust someone's honest word- these are the two guys I highly recommend to ask for at Team!!! They deserve recognition beyond a few words. I was excited because it had a lot of new features that I've never had in a car. However, less than 2 weeks with the car and the rearview camera already broke, the screen just went black. I contacted the sales representative, Ishwar, and he told me there was nothing they could do. He didn't even offer suggestions or try to help. He hasn't even responded to the last messages that I wrote to him. I fully understand that technology fails, but it is upsetting that they sold me a car with certain features, expect you to pay for those features, and less than 2 weeks with the car, those features break and they tell me they can't do anything about it. I find it appalling that they can't even stand behind the cars that they sell to you. Once you drive off the lot, you are NOTHING to them!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Bitter sweet. After driving my 2003TJ for 12years and putting 310K on it, I knew I would always be a Jeep person. So even thou I am sad to give up my old faithful.. After driving my 2003TJ for 12years and putting 310K on it, I knew I would always be a Jeep person. So even thou I am sad to give up my old faithful...it was time to get a new vehicle. This time went for the Jeep Renegade. I got a great car at a great price. I dealt with Riz Khan, he was very helpful, and never pressured me. I think he was excited as me when I picked up the car..lol. Also Moe was a pleasure to deal with in finance...he surprised me with an even better rate then I was expecting.
