I just bought a new car from Taylor Toyota Lexus. When I called them to make an appointment, I talked with Andrew. He was fantastic to deal with (i.e., very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding) because I have not had a new Toyota for almost fifteen years, and I was not used to all of the new gadgets that come with a new car.
