Terrible response times to phone messages. Very difficult to know who to deal with since the original sales person was no longer working at this dealership before we received our vehicle. However, new sales person was congenial and positive. The sales manager was very helpful in acquiring information regarding the arrival of our vehicle. When we took delivery, a lot of information was not shared with us. All in all Toyota has a supply chain issue. We would still recommend Taylor Toyota. More
