Our new 2023 Rav4 Limited buying experience was negatively impacted by the less than satisfactory valuation of our trade in vehicle. We had prepared legitimate research for the market and wholesal negatively impacted by the less than satisfactory valuation of our trade in vehicle. We had prepared legitimate research for the market and wholesale values for our trade in backed by genuine offers from other new vehicle dealerships in Regina. Unfortunately, the allowance offered by Taylor Toyota for our trade in, after much negotiation, was thousands of dollars less than what the research indicated it should be and what was being offered by other dealerships. We waited 8 months for the new Rav4 to arrive and therefore accepted the low trade allowance offer rather than starting the whole buying process over again with another dealership. Although the majority of the Taylor staff were courteous and friendly during the buying process we urge caution if you plan on trading in a vehicle. More
