From Billy Siu down to Finance, Kien To are all friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. When my family and I first walk in to the dealership, Billy was really helpful after approaching us by the door. knowledgeable and easy to deal with. When my family and I first walk in to the dealership, Billy was really helpful after approaching us by the door. He was so patient with our endless questions and demands. He never showed negative attitudes towards us to feel unwanted or rush in buying a car at all. When in finance, Kien was down to earth, full of humour and knowledgeable in his job and as well important tips in acquiring and maintaining new vehicle purchased. And upto the last part of picking the car up, they never fail to amaze us with their exceptional service! Including the bonus of throwing us a free maintenance package for our first brand new car that we purchase. We will definitely get our second car from them. Thanks a lot!!! More
