I had made a cold call to Taylor Toyota in regards to a used Tundra I had seen on Kijiji. This particular Tundra would have been a bit of a compromise in regards to my needs but I phoned anyways. Sales associate Billy answered the call, he informed me of the details on this particular truck. I had mentioned I was 6 hours away and had been looking at a few trucks in my area. I could go on for hours about the details regarding the poor service from the other non Toyota dealers. I had mentioned to Billy that I was looking for a truck with a 8 ft bed. To my surprise Taylor had taken in a Tundra with a 8 ft bed very recently. Having 2 Tundras already in my possession I had searched Far and wide for a long box model to no avail. I was floored to hear they had one on the lot. He figured he could get it ready for next week. Well I explained I needed it the next day if possible. Well he made that happen. After arriving in town at 1 am after a 6 hour drive I couldn’t wait to see the truck the next morning. Truck looked fantastic for a 2019, I couldn’t believe the effort the dealership and Billy went to get this truck ready to go for me. Toyota doesn’t fool around going over every detail of the truck, no expense spared to get it right. After dealing with a few other dealers that put $$$ in their pocket vs having a safe well running vehicle let me tell u I was very impressed. Like I had mentioned earlier I had driven driven 6 hours to look at this truck. One could easily take advantage of that fact, not Taylor Toyota. They went above and beyond making sure I was pleased with the purchase vs trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me like 99% of dealers do. Is everyone this nice in Saskatchewan??? Seems that way!!! More
