I put a 5 star review on here before . That i witch now that i could deleted . After all the xxxxxxxx The Auto Body Shop . And the service department people put me though ,Because of a SGI That i witch now that i could deleted . After all the xxxxxxxx The Auto Body Shop . And the service department people put me though ,Because of a SGI Claim on my Car. The people in the service Department Are complete Idiots. Started with the service Managers . None of the people there can get there facts straight, Being that they will not listen to what the customer is trying to tell, Any of them . Every there if you ask to talk with the service manger ask you what your calling about ,You take the time to explain what is going on with you car, Over at there Autobody shop ,When they relay the messages to the service mangers, They twist around what you said to them. I would sware on a bible That every one there is using meth. My car was over at there friggen Auto Body Shop For 19 days. Starting from September 15th. They were suppose to take it in to check if the engine was damage, From driving the car though deep water , The car was never taken in to the shop . To be check out. But they order some parts for it. I called a couple of times From September 28 th to October 2nd, Kept on getting the Brush off . When i would ask to Talk to the Auto Body Shop Mananager , The girls would Aways tell me ,Will relay you info to him . 4 times when he call me back. He told me if you Keep on calling here asking to talk to me all the Time i am going to have your xxxxing car towed Back to comercail claims yard. I was never at the shop but , finely decided to go over there on friday. I told . Butch i wan it towed back over to SGI,s Compound. Because of all the Crap i been though with them .And the Toyota service department, I was at the service department before i went over to the body shop , On Friday. I talked to 4 of the service advisors at first . One of them i talk to when i was there on Thursday evening also, All at once all these other service advisors show up, And told me , I have to leave the dealer ship . They will not tallarate .when some one starts swareing at people over the phone, With them Asswipes, A preacher would start swaring at them , Because they will not listen to what your trying to tell any of them . When you have a complaint and want to talk to one of the service mangers, When they tell you they will relay your message to one of the service mangers And they never friggen call a person back . 39000 kms | November 2024: My vehicle developed a timing cover leak due to a manufacturing defect. Taylor Toyota initially claimed this was not covered under warranty and quoted me CAD 3,000 (including taxe cover leak due to a manufacturing defect. Taylor Toyota initially claimed this was not covered under warranty and quoted me CAD 3,000 (including taxes) for replacement of the timing cover. After I followed up in April 2025 (47000 km) they acknowledged it was indeed a warranty-covered issue and resealed the timing cover. However, they never clearly communicated whether it was resealed or fully replaced. I later discovered in August 2025 that it had only been resealed—contrary to the impression they gave me. More

Literally couldn’t have had a better experience than we did. It was efficient, I felt we were treated fairly, and the used vehicle we bought was exactly what we wanted and needed. We decided to finance our purchase through the dealership and that process was smooth and easy and everything was super well explained. But the customer service made this the best experience I can imagine. We rolled into the dealership with me pregnant and literally two days away from my due date. Everyone was so sweet to me, and when we came to pick up our new van, we found that they had purchased “it’s a girl!” And “congratulations” balloons (in addition to standard celebration bow on the car - adorable), bought a congratulations card and had a bunch of the staff sign it, and they gave us the cutest little Toyota maintenance beaver stuffie for baby. We’d already sealed the deal at this point, they just did this to be kind. It just felt like a community and I really appreciated that from beginning to end. I would immediately and unreservedly recommend this dealership! More
