Worst experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Warning light came on on my way home I called sales person and he hung up on me,, No place to park. This dealer is fraud, don t buy any car from their, I bought a car by seen a ad in auto dealer , the airbag warning lamb was glowing when I purchase, they asked me to pay the amount and assured that will bought a car by seen a ad in auto dealer , the airbag warning lamb was glowing when I purchase, they asked me to pay the amount and assured that will replace the part before delivery, but after transfer the amount they said that part not available will order and replace soon. I contacted continously 4 weeks after delivery but they just ignored, The legal actions is ongoing now. don't waste the money and cheat by this frauds. More

I called about a car they listed on Auto Trader. I went to see the car about 2 hours later. When I got there, the sales person said the car is in Quebec and I would have to leave a deposit for them to brin to see the car about 2 hours later. I went there yesterday. I saw one elantra that i would like to buy. Then I told him that my brother in law and I will come in the evening to buy this car. I want to insure that the car has no accident so like to buy. Then I told him that my brother in law and I will come in the evening to buy this car. The guy was very rude and told me that when you come with money then i will show you carfax.. he lied that all carfax is with accountant and he told me “carfax will come before you and your brother in law will come in the evening.” Dont go for those guys.. they are very unprofessional and dont know how to talk with someone.. Stupid agency.. stupid people.. be aware !!! More

Stay away form these people unless your buying a car as is and expect to spend lots of money getting it on the road. Bought a sienna van a coupl weeks ago. The next day after purchase I took it to a a Toyota dealership to to change oil, xmsn fluid and get a price on timing belt etc. The dealership found that a marker light and the license plates lights were blown. Not a big deal because I am installing a rear backup cam and have to take the panels off to do it and may as well change the lights while I'm in there. After I took the panels if I found that someone previously broke the rear defogger clip off and tucked the wire up inside the panel. Also there were no license plate bulbs installed. Don't get a safey at this place as many things may not be inspected. Yes you get what you pay for but when buying with a safey, one would expect things covered under MOT to be serviceable. Their response is what do you expect from a old car. Yes they did reach out to me but it's the same old story about it being an old van. They also stated on CarGurus that I didn't tell them about the car I traded. which is not true. I told them all abot the car and that it was only good for parts as it needed $2000 to $3000 in repairs which is why I was getting rid of it. BTW the old camry had four winter tires (about 80% left) and four michelin tires(also about 80% left). To go all the way back there and listen to the same old used car story is really not worth the headache. I learned my lesson the hard way about this place, I hope others learn from my mistake More

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle with this dealer. I bought a BMW 335d from them and specifically wanted an x-drive. I asked asked multiple times and was told the car was x-drive. When I took it for servicing at BMW they told me it was RwD. I returned back to the dealer to rectify the issue, but nothing was done. I was basically lied to. The car was also sold to me with the engine lights on. I brought the car back in many times to however he would reset the engine light and after 50km of driving the light would come back on. I purchased this car for my wife's birthday and something that was suppose to be special for her became a nightmare. I felt cheated and lied to. More
