Parts/Service Thief's/Crooks One of the worst experience of my life. I will never buy a Suzuki Car and will never service especially from Suzuki Brampton. Management Staff has no One of the worst experience of my life. I will never buy a Suzuki Car and will never service especially from Suzuki Brampton. Management Staff has no values for Customers and their hard earned money. Rather providing solutions they run away from the problems. Rather than finding problems in my car they asked me to buy parts and after buying parts buy more parts as the problem they thought is not the right one. When I said I am not going to buy any more parts, they said well go and get your car fixed some one else. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I will never recommend the services for this place to any one. More
Excellent and Honest Service I brought my Suzuki in for service and asked to have my spark plugs and tune-up done. The gentleman said he would look over the car first to see if I I brought my Suzuki in for service and asked to have my spark plugs and tune-up done. The gentleman said he would look over the car first to see if I needed it done. they came back and told me that they were still good and not due to be changed yet. they could have just done it and charged me but instead were honest. I always bring my car there and would not bring it anywhere else. More
Costumer Service -Thief's / Crooks Service Department ,,,the worst kind at Brampton Suzuki,my car is under warranty I took it there because there was a small oil leak at the transfer ca Service Department ,,,the worst kind at Brampton Suzuki,my car is under warranty I took it there because there was a small oil leak at the transfer case around the drain plug, ( Under Warranty ), they charged me for turning a loose plug half way to tighten it up.Charged me a full hour just for that ! Even tho i specifically told them not to do any work that is NOT covered by warranty , the Mechanic told me that there is no charge tightening the drain plug half way that its under warranty anyways. The service crook still charged me and took my key away till i payed.Can you imagine that ! I know they are hurting for the Money but this not how you deal with customers who still believe in Suzuki and their cars,, Its because of Service Employees like this who operate this way make and give Suzuki very bad reputation. No wonder they no longer in the business.The worst costumer service ever !!! ( They didn't even check for the oil level before tighten it up the plug half way only !!! ). More
Customer service is useless Just needed a pricing for 150K maintenance as described in the user manual. Not only they don't have the info what is involved in it, the agent started asking about the last owner and what has been done to it, not being able to answer that he quoted $1000-$1500. Then he tells me that maximum on his computer shows 125km maintenance package! which does not include anything my car needs. Then I had to ask him if I send a list of the things that need to be done can he give me a more accurate cost, he argues and diverts the discussion. I had to ask again. He was not helpful yet very arrogant. I am not going there. More
Scheduled an appointment at 10:30 am Friday to check the noise at front hub (my wife heard but not me). At 10:30 am a young black guy from Customer Service (sorry I didn't remember his name ... they should noise at front hub (my wife heard but not me). At 10:30 am a young black guy from Customer Service (sorry I didn't remember his name ... they should have a tag name) told me he will send shortly a technician to check the noise I explained him by phone. In couple minutes the technician (Japanese or Asia origin) came and we took a short drive. He drove and tested the vehicle and when we done he said it was muffler slack or something like this and it will take about 1/2 h to fix ... but it's not critical. They didn't charge me a cent. From my previous experience with Suzuki Mississaouga (thanks God now is closed) that would take all engine in parts and charged me probably couple hundreds it was relay big positive surprise. I hope Suzuki Brampton will continue to provide good services after 2014 after Suzuki closes sels in Canada. More
