I really appreciate the up front response to all my queries and if something was not possible to achieve their answers were honest and on target. No beating around the bush. I can't say enough about how Ron, with his pleasing attitude and Jessica, with her warm and friendly personality make the ideal team.and how the in car demonstration by Jessica was done in an extremely professional manner. A superb example of how the customer is number one. Everyone ,including Tim and Allie, made this expenditure a pleasant one. Remember I went for a $12 light bulb and ended up with a new purchase. This is not my first dealing with Nissan in Sault Ste. Marie and would highly recommend this dealership to others because of the personnel that are employed there. They go beyond the "just a job" attitude that one finds in so many businesses today. Everything is done with the customer in mind. You are not merely a customer you are made to feel that you are part of the team. Sure the bottom line is the purchase but in dealing with Ray, Ron and Jessica I felt that my feeling good was important. When Rick came over to wish me well that too was very important and for Holly to take the time to take a pic of me with my old car and send it to me - that was important. This is my fourth or fifth dealing with this dealership (my last car was 13 years old) so I have dealt there not only to purchase but for service and it is top notch. Would I recommend this dealership? You "betcha". More
