Always a good experience at Nisson. Although, we had all new people to deal with this time around and found that a little worrisome, everyone including Ray, Ron,Jessica,Allie and Holly w Although, we had all new people to deal with this time around and found that a little worrisome, everyone including Ray, Ron,Jessica,Allie and Holly went out of their way to look after us. We have been dealing with Nisson for over 20 years and have always dealt with the owners and had a great rapport with them, so this was very different. I was disappointed the owner made no effort to come out and meet and congratulate us. I know he is young successful entrepreneur, but making eye contact with loyal customers who have just chosen Nissan again, might be something he could consider. I appreciated Ray working it out, so we could change our lease and take over a new one. It was in all a very smooth transition. More

Service and care beyond the call I had purchased only used vehicles until 2014 when I bought a new Nissan Sentra from Ron Cook. He was great then, and he was great now, when I needed I had purchased only used vehicles until 2014 when I bought a new Nissan Sentra from Ron Cook. He was great then, and he was great now, when I needed to replace that terrific little car due to a nasty rear-end collision. Ron was very kind to me, even helping me to understand how the insurance process works, as I had never been in a situation like this before. Jessica was so cheerful and helpful! I'm a little "older" and not so quick to understand the new electronic gadgets but she patiently taught me how to operate all the features on my new vehicle. She was careful to make sure I fully understood each step before moving on to the next. Allie was very professional in her manner and so organized! She was able to effectively communicate to me everything I needed to understand about completing the purchase, and I went home with all of my documents neatly filed in a folder that she had prepared. It had taken quite some time for the insurance company to let me know exactly how the claim would be settled, and I needed to have a vehicle within days of the claim being completed. Even though there was not an appropriate replacement vehicle on the lot, Ron made sure that one arrived quickly enough for me to bring my elderly parents to their granddaughter's graduation ceremony 600 km away, a trip that had been anticipated for a long time. Thanks to the team at Superior Nissan, no one was disappointed. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and pleasant, and I always leave that place with a big smile on my face. More
