We have dealt with Superior Nissan through several new vehicle purchases since moving to SSMarie, and Ron has been good to work with , knowing what we look for in a vehicle. This 2023 is our third Murano, vehicle purchases since moving to SSMarie, and Ron has been good to work with , knowing what we look for in a vehicle. This 2023 is our third Murano, the most recent purchase being a midnight edition. We must thank the staff and service manager in that department for spending hours trying to figure out why our drivers seat will not work like it did on our last 2 vehicles. Our only negative comment: We were informed that Nissan must have reprogramed the seats in the 2023 Murano so that the service department can no longer change the settings in the power seats to suit the owner. We were very disappointed at this option being removed as it makes getting in and out of the Murano very awkward, so we contacted Nissan about it. After a lengthy explanation of our problem, the only thing we heard from Nissan is from "Savneet" in customer service, who told us to "read the manual". More
