Best Car Buying Experience To Date Over the last 14 years I have purchased several new cars including Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Kia. This time I did more comparison shopping and working directly with the sales person. I was test driving Toyota, Mazda and Nissan in both Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. I worked with Ron Cook and Jessica Brodie and they were both excellent. What I liked in particular about Ron was he took time to explain things and showed me the different purchase and finance options to make sure I got the best deal. Ron also worked hard to get me the colour car I requested and have it available to me by the deadline I had to work with. I was also using 'unhaggle.com' and Ron and his manager worked with me to give me a little better deal. Jessica was very patient as well regarding the paperwork, my questions back and forth by email and phone and then doing the final walk through of the car and demonstrating the features to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR NISSAN. Superior Nissan is a further drive for me (than Northern Nissan in Sudbury) but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my family / friends. The salesman read me like a book and pinpointed the perfect vehicle, I LOVE it. He asked the right questions and we honestly felt heard. The payments came right in the range we asked for and with a few extras!! It was like Christmas! I only want to deal with Superior now, having had the "other" kind of dealership experience.
