Traded-Up! Recently visited Alexandria at Superior Nissan and purchased a brand new Rogue-Midnight Edition! Absolutely love my new vehicle! She provided awesome and enthusiastic service, and found the PERFECT vehicle for me, checking off everything on my list of must haves (and of course the Rogue came with extras I didnt know I needed!). I test drove other vehicles at other dealerships, and when I went to Nissan and told Alexandria what I wanted, she made it happen! Literally from the seat material, to the roof racks, the vehicle color, the style of vehicle, the moon/sun roof, navigation - all the features and plus some... she nailed finding the best vehicle for me! The whole process (which included a trade-in) was incredibly easy and I would recommend contacting Alexandria if you're in the market for a new (or new-to-you) vehicle! She was helpful every step of the way! I also accessed the parts/service department for special order for my vehicle and they were great! For 40 years I drove great used cars cause not only did it make sense at the time, I could never trust dealerships. I bought cars off them for my dad's business. Crooked, deceitful, poor customer service are some of the memories I have. Enter Scott Cook and the team at Superior Nissan. Sincere, relaxed, competent, fair and most of all TRUSTWORTHY! Kathleen and I have never has a better buying experience...EVER. From start to never finish ( because we are family now) they treated us with respect and not like a dollar sign.
