Very helpful Had a very poor customer service experience when I brought my vehicle in the first day, but Adam helped get me on my way so I could get what I needed Had a very poor customer service experience when I brought my vehicle in the first day, but Adam helped get me on my way so I could get what I needed done that day and then I came in the next day & Crystal was there to help me this time and is always fantastic (makes sure things are under warranty if not lets me know the pricing, etc. Also distracts my little one very well !) Steve also helped by apologising for the previous day and reassuring that he'll be there to help from now on. I'm glad there were people there who genuinely care for others needs and feelings! I'll definitely keep coming here for servicing. More

Friendly, professional Didn't plan on a Kicks but fell in love with the one in the showroom while Ron was bringing around a model we originally intended on leasing for a tes Didn't plan on a Kicks but fell in love with the one in the showroom while Ron was bringing around a model we originally intended on leasing for a test drive. No sighs or rolling of eyes and he took that one back and brought up a Kicks for a test drive. Sealed the deal when we felt like we were off-roading on Fifth Line! Tim saved us money, Krysta did her thing and everybody did it with a smile, time to chat and made sure we were satisfied and well taken care of. We will be sticking with Superior Nissan for the foreseeable future if they cintinue to treat us as well as they have since we first leased the Rogue in 2015. More
