During our 1st visit to Superior Chrysler, the sales rep greeted us pleasantly, asked indirect questions to better determine my daughters needs, aslso why and what direction our choices were. A short 1/2 hour later an app't was set for my daughter, her father and I to test drive a few different trucks. At a storage lot we checked out many styles, features and colours. She spotted a Ram 1500' Hemy 5.7, Outdoorsman with a cargo package. My daughter was sold!! Allison Premo, my daughter's sales rep, walked up to me as I watched my husband admire a beautiful monotone red flecked, loaded Ram truck and stated in a soft voice, " I can help you make that truck affordable." Well, needless to say she did just that. She was informative, professional and most of all, never pushy. Allison sold two trucks that day, amazing girl, but that's not all. My appreciation for Allison's dedication to her promise that she not only sells you a vehicle, she promises to always be available should you have any questions or concerns and that is extremely reassuring. Every Single time I call, she is pleasant and attentive. Any concern I have, she deals with it, even admitting she needs to seek advice/information and then get back to me. I am completely satisfied, this is the first time we have purchased a Dodge as we have always been a GM family. Reason for leaving, poor, sad service. OH, I FORGOT, my husband is over the MOON. We dealt mostly with him via email because we live in North Bay. He responded promptly to all our questions and concerns and didn't play any games - he was straightforward, honest and sincere and accommodated us by being able to deliver the vehicle to us in the same day. We left for Sault Ste. Marie @ around 5 a.m. and were back in North Bay with our brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman the same day around 9:30 p.m. It was also a pleasure dealing with Orlando Blonda. He discussed the various additional options with us without any added pressure. Kudos to this dealership for making our new vehicle purchase and trade-in experience a good one!
