My initial phone conversation with him was educational, which is rare in my experience. From that call, I had a really clear picture of what I could afford, likely loan term lengths, and interest rates to expect. Knowing these things is hugely important to me, where many dealers would tell me: "just apply and we'll see." They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, but within 24hrs of my application, Dave had sourced a car in another province, and promised it to me at a very reasonable price point, to be delivered within the next few days. Upon delivery, after they detailed and adjusted everything, I met Dave for the first time (everything had been email and phone up until this point), signed my papers and drove away. Painless! I'm super happy with the car, and the aftercare I've received thus far. So happy, in fact, that I've referred them another sale (my father)! I will recommend Dave and his company to everyone I know that is looking for a great car buying experience. :) More
