We called Kai and he gave us all the information, took a video for us so that we could really have a good look at it. We were going to be out of town for 10 days and we knew this truck would not be on the lot for long. Kai made the decision very easy and once we had said we wanted the truck he got everything rolling so that when we came to sign the paperwork it was all done in no time at all. There was a small glitch in the paperwork but the dealership was right on the ball and sorted it out right away. Kai spent lots of time showing us the working of all the features of the truck and made sure that we had all our questions answered. I would highly recommend the dealership and Kai. More
