Hey Gord and Deanne, As we shared, Bryan had originally diagnosed the issue as a Motorhome specific problem. Our recommendation was to return to the Motorhome place to get the repair completed because Ford would not cover the wheel alignment under warranty. We are really glad you were pleased with Bryan, we do all love his work (and his personality) around here! We did refund the diagnostic charges and are sorry for the misunderstanding about Ford warranty coverage on Motorhomes. Karen Ann
