My experience is by far the worst I could ever imagine from a dealership. I bought a 2016 buick enclave in 2020 and it still is the worse mistake of my life, after the sales man gave all the sweetened ass from a dealership. I bought a 2016 buick enclave in 2020 and it still is the worse mistake of my life, after the sales man gave all the sweetened assurances on this vehicle, I have not had peace. I have been doing maintenance and replacements of almost everything in the vehicle. From throttle sensor to power steering hoses, to now going to do rotors and breakpads and even now, they made me pay for diagnosis for an impending electrical issue and told me it was battery, bought and replaced with outrageous labor cost and still the car won't start now in my garage. Reported to the manager and they are telling me to tow the vehicle to their shop on my cost. I am angry, confused and don't know what to do, because I know another heavy cost is coming on the SUV. I suggest if you want to buy a car from them buy Brand new or nothing no matter how the used car deal looks so good. They are looking for a customer to dump a useless car on and turn you to their everyday running cost plug. Do not buy a used car from them no matter what, I am still learning this hard lesson now. They replace the vacuum pump and I made it 3 km away from the building and my vehicle quits. I get it towed back to have them look at it and they tell my my exhaust cam shaft is broken and it will take them the building and my vehicle quits. I get it towed back to have them look at it and they tell my my exhaust cam shaft is broken and it will take them 5 hours to tear down my vehicle engine but I'm looking at a new engine then try and sell me a new vehicle on the same call. The thing is if the timing isn't set after the vacuum pump is installed to the exhaust cam shaft it will blow your pistons. And that is what happened to my vehicle. On my bill it does not say they adjusted my timing, but according to them it's not their fault and they will not take responsibility for their mistake. If you don't have to take your vehicle here then don't, it will cost you way more. More
