Service department is atrocious. Left vehicle there for an entire day for a rear brake job. Rotors and pads, check calipers, that they were functioning properly. After a full day, when driving away nothing but screaming squealing rear brakes... Contacted service Manager the next day and he yells at me that he told my wife that he told her to replace the calipers. Unfortunately for him, he only spoke to me and he lied through his teeth. Totally unscrupulous and dishonest character. Dropped off the vehicle again for the entire day for the brake squeal issue and again it took the entire day. Problem or retribution? Wheel nuts were put back on so tight that it was lucky to remove them aside from the one that they stripped. Again service Manager states not our fault... Spoke with the owner general manager and he forced service to replace and make it right... Another day ( full day) to repair. Run, don't walk from this service centre. This service dept needs to be gutted and rebuilt! More

After a ton of research and inquiries I decided that I wanted to purchase a 2024 BRZtS in Magnetite Grey. These cars are very hard to get and Quy at Saskatoon Subaru made it happen. Took my 2018 Forrester here for a check engine light. They diagnosed it as a week battery despite the fact that the battery was one week old. When the light was back on within a 1/4 mile they changed the They diagnosed it as a week battery despite the fact that the battery was one week old. When the light was back on within a 1/4 mile they changed the diagnosis to a vehicle dynamic control module for which they wanted $3500 to repair. I declined, and took the car to an independent shop in Swift (Action Auto) where they replaced the faulty fuel pump module which cured all the problems. I will never return to this incompetent dealership. More

Worst service department we have ever dealt with. Neglected warranty maintenance but charged for servicing that the car didn’t need.
