Nisar was upfront and told me what I should get for my old car and how to go about selling it as well as which upgrades I should do and why. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of useless items. Ken the new car sales manager was really easy to deal with and again very upfront in how much he can reduce the price. After doing my homework, I knew they gave me the best price. Loman gets top marks Our new Outback was in for the 5000 km check and the Back-up camera/Radio had to be reset by the service dept.
