Jennie makes it really easy to deal with service I recently spent about $2500 at the Subaru Calgary service center due to some clutch and radiator issues on my older Subaru and was treated extremely I recently spent about $2500 at the Subaru Calgary service center due to some clutch and radiator issues on my older Subaru and was treated extremely well by Jennie and some of the other team members at Subaru. Even though my vehicle is over 10 years old I was treated well, got the full shuttle experience, as well as detailed information about the repair. She even took the time to take some pictures of the underside of my vehicle for me, and didn't push when there were certain items I didn't feel needed replacing, but helped me to see the importance of certain other things. I would recommend dealing with Jennie (and Raj was helpful too) at Subaru. It's an incredible brand and it's nice to have some quality people helping those of us that own the cars! More

Great experience with Loman I'm a first time Subaru buyer so I did tons of research prior to speaking with the dealer. I was interested in the 2016 Crosstrek which, like all Suba I'm a first time Subaru buyer so I did tons of research prior to speaking with the dealer. I was interested in the 2016 Crosstrek which, like all Subarus, came highly recommended for reliability, all weather capability and mileage. Loman took a lot of time to walk me through Subaru's offerings and culture and answer questions. I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone more thorough and he will ask at many different points along the way if you are feeling comfortable with everything. The new car buying process can be painful for some but I really felt very much at ease thanks to Loman's attention to detail. More

Great Service from Raj Toor We had an appointment for a recall service at Subaru Calgary as we were travelling from the Calgary airport.. We had just returned from Toronto and were hoping to get away quickly for our 3.5 hour drive home. Taj was very efficient and had our car into service within a few minutes. Taj suggested that they could drive us to a nearby grocery store do our shopping while we waited to save us time afterwards. The car was ready as promised when we returned 1.5 hours later. Raj was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Because of her we had a great experience at this dealership. More

Excellent experience leasing a new vehicle at Subaru Calgary In September of 2016 I started looking for a new vehicle as my company vehicle lease was coming up to expire and my employer informed me that I would In September of 2016 I started looking for a new vehicle as my company vehicle lease was coming up to expire and my employer informed me that I would be switching to a vehicle allowance. I visited Subaru Calgary to take a look at the WRX STi, as a previous Subaru owner in the USA and brand enthusiast. Loman Edwards from the Sales dept. worked with me diligently from day 1 to ensure we find the vehicle of my liking and that I have a great experience overall. I visited the dealership about 3 times ironing out details and seeing what vehicles they have in stock while I was waiting for my company to put in place the vehicle allowance. Every time I received great service and attention. This week we finalized the lease deal and everybody from Finance department (Trina Carreau) to Loman to Ken Woo as well as the General Manager were really accommodating in getting me set up for delivery. Loman came in on his day off to hand me the vehicle and go over pertinent information. I would definitely recommend again Subaru Calgary to friends and family. More
