I got what I wanted, at the price I was prepared to pay. He returned calls and emails promptly, which has DEFINITELY not been my overall experience with dealerships/sales staff in Calgary. So kudos to him for that! I would wholeheartedly recommend Loman as your next Subbie sales person. More

I met Henry Yu, and we quickly began My experience with Subaru Calgary has been top notch. Being a car guy, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I met Henry Yu, and we quickly began to chat. He knew I was car guy, and avoided lecturing me on aspects of the car I already knew about; something other dealers did not do. He was very personable, kind, and extremely accommodating. When they didn't have the model I wanted to test drive, Henry was kind enough to let me drive his own vehicle, as it was the same model I was looking into. The next weekend, I came back and purchased the car from him. During the process of delivery prep, one of the detailers damaged the car. Henry once again went above beyond! He rounded up some colleagues, and switched me into another car that was an identical model so I could pick it up on the day we had originally planned. He did all of this while maintaining communication with me about the status of the car, and keeping me in the loop. The finance manager, Myles Nordlund also did a stellar job. He is an easy going, kind and respectful man who knows his stuff. He also helped with switch me into the car to ensure I could pick it up on the day that I'd plan too. The work both Henry and Myles did to get me into my dream car is very appreciated, and will not be forgotten. I will be recommending friends and family to this dealership, and more specifically to Henry and Myles. Genuinely great guys! More

Paul McGurran was very helpful in communicating with Subaru Canada on our behalf, with the happy outcome that the cost would be absorbed as a goodwill gesture by the company. Thanks, Paul (and Subaru Canada). Our vehicle work was booked in by Raj Toor. The process and timeline were clearly explained and we received regular updates. If we needed to call Raj we were able to get through to her, or if a message or email was left we would always get a prompt response. Our vehicle was completed on time, with no added surprises at the end! During all of our visits to the Service Dept, we noted how busy the place is. It appears to be very well-organized. All of the staff were efficient, and they maintained a friendly and helpful manner despite handling a large volume of customers. Good job everyone! We called Subaru Calgary to follow up on a used SUV that we wanted to come look at and Loman Edwards was on the other end of the phone. We chatted a bit about what type of vehicle I was looking for, etc. When we showed up to view the SUV, Loman had everything ready for us to review including all the paperwork. But what he also had prepared were several other vehicles for us to consider based on our earlier conversation. We test drove some SUV's and my son and I both really loved a different vehicle than the one we originally called about. It was in much better shape and really was the perfect vehicle. Loman was very professional, knowlegdable and just wonderful to deal with. When we came to pick up the vehicle we saw there were a few more things he had fixed up including a new windshield! How many salesmen would go to those lengths on a used vehicle (and not a subaru)? Just like a protective parent! Thanks Loman. More
