He was on top of everything, usually following up to any questions or things that needed attention within literally minutes. He explained options and possibilities, including why we might want to consider certain options, but also an honest assessment of when we might not. He was never aggressive, and if we indicated we weren't interested in something he never attempted to push it and just moved on. We felt completely informed, but not pressured, that he wanted to make a fair deal. He was in contact routinely about progress on the purchase/delivery, and was always accommodating to our schedules. And even after the final sale and pickup, he offered his ongoing support for any questions/help we might need going forward; like having someone on the inside on your side. Parts guy Juan did me a solid today and righted a wrong done two years ago. I’ve had much better service at this dealer than at Centaur - would not return to Centaur for anything more complicated than an o done two years ago. Ben was very knowledgably and responsive to answering any questions I had during the process, but more impressive he continued to reach out after purchase to see if I had any questions about the vehicle. I really felt he cared that I was happy with my purchase. This was not our first rodeo buying a new car. The experience my wife and I enjoyed with Ben and Nisar was the best we have ever experienced. Even though we had our own financing arranged they offered us a very fair price for our new Crosstrek. There was no games and no underhanded sales tactics at all. Ben was honest, knowledgeable, approachable, and worked really hard to make the process as painless as possible. We really appreciated how he made us feel during all phases of the transaction. Ben is a class act and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a car without any shenanigans. Nisar was also fantastic. Based on past experience we felt a sense of dread when transferred to the finance manager. Other dealerships put a lot of pressure to get expensive add-ons. Nisar mentioned them, but there was no pressure. What a relief! This phase of the transaction was also painless. When there was a minor paperwork issue with the insurance both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to straighten it out so we would not have any delays picking up the new vehicle. This is a smaller dealership that has a more chill vibe compared to the larger ones in the city. We actually loved that, its kind of on brand with Subaru's quirky and practical character. It also has to be said, we just love our new Crosstrek! More
You advertised a 2024 Crosstrek for $31,995 PLUS GST on kijiji and when I asked if I could buy it as I needed a car you said, Oh by the way there is another $4000 of fees, I went back to the add and it sp kijiji and when I asked if I could buy it as I needed a car you said, Oh by the way there is another $4000 of fees, I went back to the add and it specifically said $31,995 PLUS GST and zero mention of any added fees. Then your brilliant manager blamed me for not going on the website to get the proper price. How is that my fault if you clearly advertised a touring 2024 brand new crosstrek for $31,995 PLUS GST on Kijiji where you obviously have ran several adds? Your dealership has a 1.5/5 on the BBB which is all that really matters and I notice your dealership will only put the 4 or 5 star ratings on your dealershipRater? that is also misleading This dealership is exactly the reason why car salesman get a grease ball reputation because you force yours salespeople to lie or mislead or at minimum you run lost leader prices and do not honor them I will make sure every person in my network knows never to support this dealership EVER. And I will continue to spread that message everyday going forward Terrible and unethical More
