Subaru of Calgary

You advertised a 2024 Crosstrek for $31,995 PLUS GST on kijiji and when I asked if I could buy it as I needed a car you said, Oh by the way there is another $4000 of fees, I went back to the add and it sp kijiji and when I asked if I could buy it as I needed a car you said, Oh by the way there is another $4000 of fees, I went back to the add and it specifically said $31,995 PLUS GST and zero mention of any added fees. Then your brilliant manager blamed me for not going on the website to get the proper price. How is that my fault if you clearly advertised a touring 2024 brand new crosstrek for $31,995 PLUS GST on Kijiji where you obviously have ran several adds? Your dealership has a 1.5/5 on the BBB which is all that really matters and I notice your dealership will only put the 4 or 5 star ratings on your dealershipRater? that is also misleading This dealership is exactly the reason why car salesman get a grease ball reputation because you force yours salespeople to lie or mislead or at minimum you run lost leader prices and do not honor them I will make sure every person in my network knows never to support this dealership EVER. Here is what happend: I arrived around just after lunch time to drop of my WRX for service. After checking in I was on my phone trying to find a place nearby to eat, only to discover that there were no restuarants or cafes in walking distance. Aio walked by and asked if he could help. I asked if he know anywhere near by to walk to grab some lunch as I could not find anything online. Without hesitation he said, let me drive you there! As I was hungry, I graciously accepted. It gets better, I was thinking he would drop me off and I could cab back, but he insisted on waiting while I grabbed some food to go and then drove me back. This is what hospitality is all about!
