I had two mecanics tell me (during my oil changes) that I was losing oil, that I'd better check that with my dealer. I have a Subaru Impreza 2009 that I loved, at that time. I went to Subaru. They had me go there at every 1000km to check on the oil level, which was really hard work for me. On 3 occassions out of 5, my car was missing oil (i.e. 800cc). When I was done doing this circus, they told me the director Bruno would call me back after looking at my file. After TWO months without ANY news, I decide to call and talk to the director directly. He had not even looked at my stuff and was totally unaware of the situation. Bad start for me. I did not even apologize. He told me that he could not do anything for me, that it was NORMAL. I guess normal to him is not the same normal to me. He only apologized for not call me back when I asked him to. I will NEVER EVER buy a Subaru again. Bad decision. I will NEVER EVER recommand a Subaru again. And I will NEVER EVER say that this dealer is good. Tonight, I am going to Acura and Buick to buy a MDX or an Enclave. Too bad for Subaru. They could have make a lot of money with me for the nex 40 years. They won't. Think twice before you buy a Subaru. More
