I love my Tocoma! I had a fantastic experience in Stratford at Stricklands. I found the environment very welcoming, which in turn makes you feel comfortable. Very personable, well spoken and most importantly he's not out to screw you over.(which is the feeling I get when I talk to a lot of other sales reps from various brands). He made my first vehicle purchase experience fantastic! He even came in on his day off to make sure the delivery went off with out a hitch. I would recommend Strickland's to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience, and while your there make sure you get the opportunity to make Damion Riley your Car Guy. Cocky salesman & terrible trade I realize that Toyota is a good quality vehicle manufacturer, that is why I was there. If I am going to spend my hard earned money somewhere I want to I realize that Toyota is a good quality vehicle manufacturer, that is why I was there. If I am going to spend my hard earned money somewhere I want to be treated with respect and courtesy. This was not the case here. I made 2 trips and got the same salesman both times. He was very cocky both times and made us feel like he was doing us a favour by allowing us to buy a vehicle there. He also gave us a terrible trade in price. Buyer beware. Drive 30-40 minutes to other Toyota dealers. U will get a fair price and a fair trade and be treated with respect. More

Pushy and unprofessional I was interested in a Fiat 500 and emailed requesting more information, requesting that they only email me due to travelling for work so often. Jon promptly emailed me giving me some information, but not all information I had asked for and asked to set up a time for me to view it. I told him I was out of town but would get back to him. He then emailed a few days later following up, and I politely told him I was looking at other Fiat's as well so If I was in the area I would get in contact with him. He then started to call my house, he called a total of 6 times before I spoke with him telling him I was viewing a car the following night in London. He then called a few days later and I had to tell him I will not be buying a car from him or Strickland's EVER due to his pushy demeanor... He then hung up on me. I went to Oxford Dodge in London, Ontario and had amazing service, respectful staff and better pricing- they even threw in snow tires and weathertekk mats in my sale. More

BMW X1 LOVE MY NEW CAR. I highly recommend going to Strickland's Auto if you are interested in buying a used car. Their cars are in great condition and quality.
