I send everyone to Lance! Lance was quick to help me once I got in the door. He showed me all my options and recommended the best car for me. He was quick with the paper work a Lance was quick to help me once I got in the door. He showed me all my options and recommended the best car for me. He was quick with the paper work and getting us a quick installation of cruise control with the Mazda dealership, The car is great and Lance will also check in to make sure everything is fine with the cars. We had a small issue of adjustment a month after and Lance helped us get things tuned up with no extra charge. All the staff there are great and work together very well providing exceptional service. I shopped around to look for a second vehicle and no Dealership came close and theres alot of car lots in Windsor.As far as Quality Price and yes the simple thing where as a 53 yr old man I didn't have to have an employee come with me for the test drive Lance basically thru me the keys and said we close in 45 minutes but it took me half that amount of time to fall in love with my Chrysler 300 even though I went in looking for a Ford Edge..I will be a customer for life and try to spread the word to my co-workers and friends that Stricklands is the place to buy a used or new vehicle.After dealing with Lance I felt like I had known him for many years and now I will.Scott made the transition easy and the rest of the staff seemed like family as everything seemed so positive....Many THX all the best JOHN CONCANNON.
