I searched online and found a perfect Highlander in Strickland's. Joel Johnston greeted me when I walked into Strickland's, he is a so nice person and very professional. He try to explain everything clearly to me since my English is not very strong, although his Chinese is not strong either :). There are other employees like mechanic help with my car and I do apologize for that I do not know their names. Overall, this is a very good purchase experience, nice car, nice employee, nice service and nice price. I will advise my friend to purchase car at Strickland's. More

Way over and above! SO, after realizing I was getting hosed by another dealership, I walked into Strickland for a second opinion. Joel and Nick sat down with me and went over my bill of sale from the other dealership and showed me what a bill of sale SHOULD look like. After going back to the other dealership and cancelling that vehicle locate, Nick even called me as I was leaving to see if they gave me a hard time :), I drove right to Stricklands. Nick showed me a few different cars, but he was right, I totally love the Patriot he put me in. I got to pick my new Jeep up on my birthday - Nick even got the fellas (Drake - thanks for the amusing commentary lol ) to sing me happy birthday! <3 Joel, thank you for your time and going over the paper work even when you didn't have to and for keeping you there so late. Nick, a special thanks for your patience (I do exist ;) with this whole confusing ordeal and making this purchase so easy and stress free - you were right, it should be a great experience - and it was! Thank you for ALL your time and consideration and thoughtfulness - I would highly recommend this dealership and the Gentle Giant! When I was searching for an affordable used car, I went to Strickland's because of their massive inventory. I had certain things I wanted (manual transmission/air) and I had a certain budget. Grainger found me the PERFECT CAR! I absolutely love my Cruze and it has even better equipment than I originally searched for. Grainger was amazing and Strickland's kept every promise they made about the car. I would recommend this dealer and my salesperson to anyone! More
Unforunate Situation that was Handled Badly by Strickland's I purchased an almost brand new car 2016 Chevy Cruze in late June-early July and I have to say my first experience was pretty good, but after a two m I purchased an almost brand new car 2016 Chevy Cruze in late June-early July and I have to say my first experience was pretty good, but after a two month venture of getting the "run around" about a key fob I along with the other two households will probably never go here again. Such a silly situation, being a 2016 I should of got an extra key fob, spare key, or whatever. I received one key, I had asked my sales guy "Nick" where the second one is and I got a story for about a week saying that the key has to be picked up/sent in from "Stratford." I waited patiently for a call to say the key is ready to be picked up and after several weeks NOTHING. I called in a professional and courteous manner to find out this employee is not here no longer, so then Joel a "MANAGER" of some sort had ensured me that they will order a key fob for me as it was a situation that was unfortunate. Again, several weeks go by and no call.. surprise surprise.. I call two times.. after PATIENTLY waiting again and two different employees pick up and are now informed of the situation. Both of their responses was that they will "get to the bottom of this and call me" yeah well another week goes by NO CALLS. I finally get a call from Chris Parent, Windsor manager, he was professional and gave me hope ... he said that the car should of came with a spare being a 2016 so he is going to order me one (THIRD person telling me they will order one) and he calls to say it is ordered and I should expect pick up in a couple days. Another surprise... two weeks go by after this third person telling me this key fob had been ordered and NO CALL, so I patiently call again and I get another excuse and told that someone will call me. Problem being is, everyone is aware of the situation at this office, promised me something, and would never call. I waited two months to post this review as my career has been in sales and customer service and I know what it's like, however, at this point I am completely FED UP. The lack of unprofessionalism really sickened me, and it was clear that even if management is giving me the "run around" that they aren't trustworthy. We purchased THREE cars from them in one month between June-July and the lack of trust and professionalism over a key fob that I had a right to ask for ? That's just craziness.. I would never treat my customers like this being in sales especially if they purchased THREE cars from us. WOAH just mind bobbling. I just didn't see why the spare key fob should of came out of my pocket, when most cars come with a spare, if I knew they couldn't get me the second key fob I would of went with one of the other thousands of black 2016 Chevy Cruzes they had on the lot? Unfortunate it wasn't handled properly. More

Didn't have the model we were interested in but lead us to a similar type. After a test drive we said we would seriously think on it. It wasn't 24 hours later that he called with the model we were interested in. We arrived there later that day and the car was waiting out front for us to test drive. After a couple of minor repairs the deal was done. While we were waiting to finalize the paperwork I had a look around and noticed how clean and tidy the showroom, offices and service waiting area were. Overall the experience was very good and we would highly recommend the team at Strictlands. Thanks again Joel keep up the great work. More
