Very helpful I bought a used 2016 ford mustang from this dealership and loved the test drive and the ride. Once I received the vehicle there was an issue, but with I bought a used 2016 ford mustang from this dealership and loved the test drive and the ride. Once I received the vehicle there was an issue, but with the vehicle still under ford dealership warranty it was worth it for me to keep it. Kevan and chili's were a great help and offered to take the vehicle back at no cost to me. They also gave me a free vehicle to drive for 2 weeks while ford fixed all issues with the car. disappointing Purchased a car Nov.25/16 with the understanding that the vehicle would be given an oil change, full tank of gas and paint nicks repaired. The oil cha Purchased a car Nov.25/16 with the understanding that the vehicle would be given an oil change, full tank of gas and paint nicks repaired. The oil change was done but the oil indicator was not reset. We had to do it ourselves. Before we left the lot we had to remind then of a full tank of gas. Done. The paint chips on the hood and rear panel were filled in with what looked like finger nail polish. Told it would be fixed as soon as they received paint stick from Ford. Now Dec.8th and still waiting. When we call, all we get is "call you back as soon as we know something". Still waiting. Ask for the key pad code for the keyless entry. Found it ourselves. More
