The Easiest Car Buying Experience. My husband and I came in to Sticklands on a Tuesday night to meet with Kevan and talk about purchasing a Ford Edge. Right from the minute we walked in My husband and I came in to Sticklands on a Tuesday night to meet with Kevan and talk about purchasing a Ford Edge. Right from the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Kevan was very friendly, helpful and had lots of information for us. He found us a Ford Edge but it was at their Stratford location he said that they could have it put on a truck and sent to Windsor so that we could test drive it. We thought it would be a couple days before we got to drive see it. Kevan let us know the next morning it was on the truck and that we would be able to see it that night. We went at 7pm test drove it and loved it and decided that this was the car for us. We filled out the paper work with Kevan and then met with Joel to discuss financing. Joel put us at ease and was very informative when it came to what all needed to happen with financing he was very honest and didn't give us the run around at all. A week after meeting with Kevan and Joel we picked up our 2014 Ford Edge SEL and couldn't be happier with it. Thank you Kevan, Joel and Stricklands for making the car buying process such and easy and painfree experience. We will definitely tell our family and friends to shop at Stricklands. More

Paul Zoula helped me tons!!!!! Found a car i liked on the Stricklands website, called them and I was connected to Paul. The next day Paul called me up saying he got the car to the Windsor location so I can see it with no deposit or charge. Got there and wow the service Paul provided was more then enough. Gave me every single detail about the car. However they did give me a low amount for my trade in that I did not take. I call the deal a great success.
