Sneaky sales tactics I called Stricklin because of a vehicle I found online with super low kilometres for a really low price. They said they had the vehicle but when I go I called Stricklin because of a vehicle I found online with super low kilometres for a really low price. They said they had the vehicle but when I got there they all of a sudden didn't have the vehicle at that location but I had other vehicles with more kilometres for a higher price. We test drove the vehicle and it was a nice vehicle however not the vehicle we went intending to purchase. It had double the kilometres of the one we found online for about $5000 more than the one we found online, they advertise no Hagle pricing but it was anything but, they were trying to pressure us into buying this vehicle because it just conveniently since we were out on the test drive it dropped in price but was still more expensive and more kilometres on the vehicle they assured us they had, until we got there and they didn't have. I asked about that vehicle they said it was at another location and they would get back to me but after several phone calls with them I haven't received any information. Tony Periano was our sales person. Not very impressed about their sneaky tactics and I will not be returning because of their lack of professionalism and not getting back to us with the information they had promised to. More

We called around and looked around at a lot of places and we settled on Strickland's only hearing good things about them good thing we did because we found the Jeep Patriot I was looking for we got a great deal great service we never had to wait Kevin was more than open to showing us everything we needed to see giving us any information that we needed he had all the answers for us and in the end for purchasing with Joel and Scott was a really good experience as well. We went in one day and less than 24 hours we drove home our new vehicle. They took care of all the paperwork all the process everything all we had to do is provide information it was definitely the best experience of my life considering I thought it would be the most grueling so thank you everyone at Strickland's for an absolutely amazing experience we will definitely come back to you again for our next vehicle and I would recommend Strickland's to anyone looking to buy a car. And you get to hit a huge Gong when you buy your car. for simple people liking me that was fun experience. Daughter buying her 1st car When I brought my 17 yr old daughter in to buy her first car there was no pressure, everybody was laid back but professional. They have excellent cust When I brought my 17 yr old daughter in to buy her first car there was no pressure, everybody was laid back but professional. They have excellent customer service, easy to talk with and took their time explaining the different steps we could take. Not once did we feel rushed, I think we were there around 3 hours. A few of the other dealerships we had gone to looked at my daughter as naive and really wouldn't give her the time of day. Eric and Joel gave my daughter an excellent experience and made her feel really comfortable and confident with her decision. I will highly recommend them and keep up the good work guys.
