This was our 3rd purchase from Strickland Stratford so I'm confident that our 4th will be from there as well. I would also like to say how it wasn't just Wyatt that made this purchase easy but everyone else who stopped to ask if we needed anything and even one that gave me some suggestions for my new car, the receptionist who always had a smile on her face with a pleasant smile and a great guy that worked with Wyatt was a big help getting the ball rolling. Was lied to I went back and forth with a salesman there, and they promised they had lots of vehicles that met my criteria. I drove in from London to find out they I went back and forth with a salesman there, and they promised they had lots of vehicles that met my criteria. I drove in from London to find out they only had 2 vehicles. Upon arrival, the salesman was busy with another customer ( understandable ) but I was pushed off onto 2 other workers before going for a short test drive. After arriving back at the dealership the salesman I made an appointment with asked me what I was looking for. At this point I realized he did not read my specifications and was only interested in getting me to the dealership. While talking for a few minutes I said my price range depended on the value they would give for a trade in, and he said they couldn't do the appraisal until I decided which vehicle I wanted. (I understand they might be more flexible if I went for a higher end vehicle, but they could at least ball park it). After that we looked into 1 vehicle and I mentioned the roof had rips and stains, to which he said I would have to spend more if I wanted a better vehicle. I again mentioned that this was not what I had in mind for my criteria, to which he replied. 'I think its best if we don't do business today'. At this point we obviously left, and will never be going back. More

Accommodating and honest I bought a 2014 Orlando from Nick and Greg, even though I was originally looking at a different car on Strickland's Windsor lot. Nick was great at communicating through text (as I preferred) and made time for me on a busy day for Strickland's when I was unable to give a firm appointment time. He made similar accommodations when I was picking up the new car. Greg was also very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. He was very knowledgeable about the financing options available and helped me pick the best one for me, even though it is not the normal route taken with car loans. All in all, this was a great car buying experience, worth the 2 hour drive! More

The beauty is they have so much choice you can literally test drive anything in the decsion making process. The sales people do not pressure you at all but offer help and information when asked for it. We made our choice and had the help of two extremely helpful people both Ron and Sam were there to help and allowed us the time to decide with no pressure. The ars are also priced very realistically. We would recommend Strickland's to anyone looking for a quality used car. More

The sales and admin staff are accommodating, professional and friendly. The entire process from viewing vehicles, test driving them, and then finally completing the paper work and financing, is a quick and seamless process. Blake McLean must be the best sales representative we have ever had (i.e. very personable, professional/knowledgeable, provided a great vehicle demonstration and allowed us to make an informed decision about our vehicle purchase without putting any pressure on us etc.) Thank you again for a fantastic car purchasing experience!
