Superb Customer Service After surfing the net for cars for sale and picking a few worth checking out, I decided after much thought that I would go to Strickland's Automart in After surfing the net for cars for sale and picking a few worth checking out, I decided after much thought that I would go to Strickland's Automart in Stratford, Ontario to test drive the models I had seen elsewhere, before driving the countryside. First impression: a door opening greeting by a friendly, happy salesperson, Nathan Howe. He had a magnetic personality and was quite inviting and such a pleasure to talk with. He was quick to get to the point of my visit and what I was interested in, style/model, price and eased my concern about trade-ins. I was in a car within minutes for a test drive and upon my return was granted an extended test drive to make sure this car was really something I wanted. I was so surprised and elated. Although I wasn't all that impressed with the price of my trade-in, I was impressed with how Nathan handled my disappointment by pointing out the benefits of the new car I had just test drove. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to deal with Nathan, quite professional and informative and patient. He was able to answer all my questions and as a result, I didn't even think about going to check out the other dealers I had originally planned to see that day. Even after I picked up my new car, he got in the passengers side and proceeded to show me what all the buttons did, and when I had questions about sounds I hadn't heard on the test drive, Nathan was receptive to me bringing the car back and checking it out. Excellent, Friendly and Personal Service....that's what you get when you go to Strickland's Automart, Stratford, Ontario. Thank you so very much Nathan Howe. More

Great It was the first time I had to buy a car on my own. My late husband used to take care of that. Even though I had my son and daughter -in-law with me I was very nervous. The sales person and Clarke O'Reilly the account manager put me right at ease. I had follow up phone calls to make sure I wasn't having any problems with my new car. Also after my purchase I got to spin the prize wheel and won detailing to be done before I picked it up. I made a noise with a gong and a announcement was made and everyone clapped. Made me feel like a somebody. Found out my Grandson has purchased two vehicles at Strickland's and thinks highly of them. More

He consistently upheld professionalism with his comforting down to earth attitude by making us feel like one of the "family".
