We expected the process of looking for a new vehicle to be painful and were very sceptical when we hit the researched and well educated on my quest. The dealerships of the competitors didn’t let us down in our expectations. It was a painful and arduous experience that in the end bordered on harassment and misrepresentation. Not so with Streetsville Hyundai. They treated us like intelligent adults. There was no pressure or pushing or back room sales tactics. They were honest, open and up front about the entire process and pricing. It was a night and day experience for us. The entire family and associates were a pleasure to deal with. Our “make” decision was based a great deal on our initial experience at Streetsville. In the end we left feeling comfortable and confident in our decision and are thrilled with our new Tucson. We had great service with our 2010 purchase. Unfortunately we hit a deer after 5 weeks and came back for another new vehicle. These emplyees were curtious, friendly and very helpful.
