Firstly, our 2010 Santa Fe was purchases at this dealership. The sale went well. Leaving the lot was where we went wrong. Within a week I realized our vehicle must have been put together by bubbl dealership. The sale went well. Leaving the lot was where we went wrong. Within a week I realized our vehicle must have been put together by bubble gum and duct tape. In the first three months our passenger seat back fell off. They blamed our 7 month old son. We finally got that fixed after three trips. The first summer our hood latch broke. Months later a sensor for the gas tank proved faulty. A year later one of our back doors stopped locking with the rest. Final straw, we had a humming sound coming from behind the glove compartment. Service looked at it four times and even suggested it was just our snow tires. However it happened with all season tires as well. You have to book multiple appointment to fix various issues and you wait for weeks for parts. With the lock had we not followed up on parts we may never have been called back. Long story short, we are going back to Honda. The extra cost has been worth it with our 13 year old Acura. 3.5 years with Hyundai on the other hand.... More

I was disappointed by the service centre that they don't provide a shuttle on Saturdays! We work all week and have sometime on the Weekend to finish as much as possible. The problem that I was not informed about the shuttle issue until I reached there. Another issue with this service centre is: Last time I tried booking an appointment a week ahead and I was told that it's not possible because they are too busy, so I booked this appointment more than 2 weeks ahead and when I went there I found that only 2 Mechanics are working there and that's why they cannot accept appointments. On the other hand, I went to the sales team where I bought my car from and Kenny Duong was very helpful, he gave me his car to go to my appointment. So I commend the sale team but I'm really disappointed with the service area overall experience. I tried another Hyundai dealer in the past as this is my second Hyundai car and they were really good. I had a terrible experience trying to obtain my vehicle with all of the agreed fixes done on it. Dealing the salesperson after I picked up the car was useless. The service department doesn't care too much with all of the agreed fixes done on it. Dealing the salesperson after I picked up the car was useless. The service department doesn't care too much either. There is no ownership on the work or lack of work completed by the dealership. Had to go back a few times and I live out of town. Last straw was a leaky windshield they had replaced and they wanted nothing to do with me for reimbursement of getting it fixed from someone other than their own contractor. Quick to get me off the phone too. It's interesting to see all the positive reviews, are they from real customers?? I am not a happy customer and I will never deal with this place again. Be warned, unless you have lots of free time during the week to bring your car in, this place is horrible. More

This is my fifth brand new car. There was non of the hard sell and the pressure to buy this option or the other. Dealing with Sheryle was a extremely courteous and answered every question I had. I had close 100 email exchanges with her and she replied everyone of them. Way to go Sheryle. More
