Instead of showing us the vehicle he simply just pointed his finger into the parking lot and tell us to find it there. Didn't even bother to walk us through the features of the vehicle. Didn't get the chance to sit in the interior to get the feel of the vehicle. What a joke and waste of time. More

As far as customer service, and product knowledge goes, Streetsville Hyundai was far superior than the 401/Dixie dealership and Mississauga Hyundai. Kenny Duong is attentive, patient and sincerely interested in my business. As a customer, I didn't feel pressured, and unlike other dealerships, Kenny spent considerable time with me answering my questions. I would most definitely refer a friend or family member to Streetsville Hyundai. I hope I will be as impressed with their service as I am with their sales...... Thanks Kenny!! More

Firstly, our 2010 Santa Fe was purchases at this dealership. The sale went well. Leaving the lot was where we went wrong. Within a week I realized our vehicle must have been put together by bubbl dealership. The sale went well. Leaving the lot was where we went wrong. Within a week I realized our vehicle must have been put together by bubble gum and duct tape. In the first three months our passenger seat back fell off. They blamed our 7 month old son. We finally got that fixed after three trips. The first summer our hood latch broke. Months later a sensor for the gas tank proved faulty. A year later one of our back doors stopped locking with the rest. Final straw, we had a humming sound coming from behind the glove compartment. Service looked at it four times and even suggested it was just our snow tires. However it happened with all season tires as well. You have to book multiple appointment to fix various issues and you wait for weeks for parts. With the lock had we not followed up on parts we may never have been called back. Long story short, we are going back to Honda. The extra cost has been worth it with our 13 year old Acura. 3.5 years with Hyundai on the other hand.... More

I was disappointed by the service centre that they don't provide a shuttle on Saturdays! We work all week and have sometime on the Weekend to finish as much as possible. The problem that I was not informed about the shuttle issue until I reached there. Another issue with this service centre is: Last time I tried booking an appointment a week ahead and I was told that it's not possible because they are too busy, so I booked this appointment more than 2 weeks ahead and when I went there I found that only 2 Mechanics are working there and that's why they cannot accept appointments. On the other hand, I went to the sales team where I bought my car from and Kenny Duong was very helpful, he gave me his car to go to my appointment. So I commend the sale team but I'm really disappointed with the service area overall experience. I tried another Hyundai dealer in the past as this is my second Hyundai car and they were really good.
