After taking transit 2.5 hours each way to school for 1.5 years, I received my final placement and realized there was no feasible way to get back and forth on transit and thus I needed a car, and I needed it yesterday. It was six days from the day I contacted Jason and told him I needed a car to the day I was a proud new owner of a Hyundai Accent. I am admittedly clueless about cars, financing and was terrified about driving after not having driven more than a couple of blocks in 5 years. Jason took the time to explain everything to me and work with my budget to find me the perfect car and arrange a great financing deal. He talked me through my nerves when we went to test drive my car and I can honestly say I had never felt more at ease driving than I did on that test drive! Jason has such a calm and friendly demeanor that my anxiety vanished as soon as we pulled out of the lot! When we returned from the test drive I made a comment about how much I was dreading parking because I would have to reverse into the spot at my condo and to my surprise I received an impromptu driving lesson in the parking lot! Using Jason's tips I am happy to share that not only have I been able to reverse into my parking spot at home but I haven't parked any other way since! Thank you Jason!!!! From start to finish this has been the most enjoyable purchase of my life and I will be forever indebted to you for the parking tips!!! Jason went above and beyond the call of duty and I will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a new car!! More

His friendly demeanour made me feel immediately at ease and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I left that day to think about my options, knowing that I would purchase my vehicle at Streetsville Hyundai. Without any pressure from Jason I decided on the 2016 Tuscon :) It took about 4-5 weeks before my Tuscon was in Canada and Jason was very patient with me when I contacted him at least once every week to check on its arrival. The couple of times I talked to someone I was lied to that the issue is resolved whereas it wasn't. Once they have your money, they don't care about anything else. Avoid at all cost. More
