Routers were not needed to change but I led to believe that without that change the car will rumble and I enquired outside it's not true. False information. More

Service Advisor had a disappointing attitude, so is the Service Manager who only knows one sentence that "she is trying to accommodate". However, this is the only reason, she would be hired to accommodate the customers. Poor technicians, who were not able to rectify the fault and I have to visit them again and again. Also, it says 10 - 15% discount on parts on their website, however, the parts guy wasn't sure about the discount.... all marketing stuff! Guy stay away for this dealership. Pathetic service, pathetic people! More

Friendly fast service I tried to book an appointment at my local dealer and they never called back. I researched online and decided to book with Streetsville Hyundai as the I tried to book an appointment at my local dealer and they never called back. I researched online and decided to book with Streetsville Hyundai as they had great reviews. The service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was on time and ready when promised. The only negative was the complimentary car wash. It actually looked worse as there were water spots and residue. It was free so at least I didn't pay for it! More

Poor Engine Sensors I drive a Hyundai Sonata 2015 with 155K KMS on the 19 May 2018 the car suddenly stopped (breakdown) without any check engine/service warning light sho I drive a Hyundai Sonata 2015 with 155K KMS on the 19 May 2018 the car suddenly stopped (breakdown) without any check engine/service warning light showing. I always service/maintain my car at Hyundai Streetsville after every 6K KMS and had the car serviced on the 12 May 2018. My car was repaired and I paid $4,583.80 for the replacement of the engine by Hyundai Streetsville because cylinder number 3 has 0 compression. My complaint is that I am not getting any logical clarification from the manufacturer nor the service provider as to what caused the car to suddenly stop without any check engine/service warning light showing, had it been on a highway that could have caused a pile-up accident. The sensors on these cars do not work. More
