Cassandra went above and beyond from the first time we stepped into the dealership. She was in constant communication with us updating us on different vehicles available and making sure that we knew what stepped into the dealership. She was in constant communication with us updating us on different vehicles available and making sure that we knew what was happening with the inventory and other buyers. When it came time to do the test drive she was there and had everything ready to go for us. She was not only professional but also personable. When it came time to start the whole purchase process again she went above and beyond, making sure that all the “t’s” were crossed and “i’s” dotted before handing us over to the amazing finance team. The overall experience was amazing and would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from the team at Strathmore Dodge, especially with Cassandra. More

I brought my 2014 Jeep in on Monday for service and was sooo fortunate to get Jessica as my service advisor. Not only did she manage my service appointment with professionalism and expertise but she was t sooo fortunate to get Jessica as my service advisor. Not only did she manage my service appointment with professionalism and expertise but she was tremendously kind and even funny. As it turned out I had to go back a second time this week once the ordered part was in and again Jessica was amazing. While I did notice a coworker (Tannis) tried to stick her nose in unnecessarily, Jessica remained professional. Going forward I will do everything I can to get to deal with Jessica. She should be the benchmark used for customer service behaviour. More
