Great sales, great service. We have had a Mazda for many years, maybe 16. We recently moved out of the area, a two hour drive away. The service department has been excellent at scheduling our service appointments at our convenience. Nick in service has been very accommodating in setting appointments and Wayne in the shop made some timely suggestions that were appreciated (like we might want to replace the air filter even though it had not been an issue.) Their policy of calling customers to alert them of pending service requirements is a welcome service. Since I am from out of town ,a "loaner car" has been offered on more than one occasion so that I could do some errands instead just sitting around. While waiting I wandered around the showroom and had a pleasant chat with a young saleswoman who knew there was no prospect of a sale at least at this time. Other dealership staff all smiled said hello. More
