We walked into the dealership already knowing what we wanted but still had to find the right one. Ola, who was our salesman was fun and informed and narrowed our choices down very quickly. We picked a cute black with neon lime green highlights. We didn't have to take it for a drive but did a quick 10 minute test. It was almost exactly the same car we had for Palm Springs so it was a no brainer. We had the deal done in minutes and was able to pick it up within a few days. The credit guys were good too but its easy when its a cash deal. All in all a great experience. Thanks Ola and Straightliune team. I love my new Kia. Tim & Dennis More

Average after sale service The finance manager, Justin, was excellence & detail oriented but I am not happy after looking over the bill of sale & realizing I was charged a regis The finance manager, Justin, was excellence & detail oriented but I am not happy after looking over the bill of sale & realizing I was charged a registration fee of $35.71 when I registered my vehicle myself!, someone is not being honest here. It was a half hour before closing after clearing the paperwork with the financing when I check my new Sportage. The clean up job was obviously done by a teenager with lots of "grease" on the tires, finger print marks on the chrome still, the dash has a layer of dust on it, inside of windshield was hazy , obviously not cleaned, scratch marks on the hatch, & biggest thing is the defect on the top RH corner of the front windshield which has snowflake cracks inside the tint. I should have left the new car & change my mind on this vehicle. I had to ask about why there is no spare tire, how does one use the canister for the tires during emergency. This dealer does not have informative or helpful after sale service. So be warned. The salesman who sold the vehicle to me- he is nowhere in sight. More
