We were trading in our 2012 Kia Sorrento for a new car, and they were so helpful and patient with us as we tried out several vehicles before deciding on a 2017 Kia Soul. Just like the first time we bought our SUV everyone there worked so well together to ensure our every need was met. I would highly recommend Sharon and the entire team at Straightline to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. On a side note their service department is excellent too, over the last 4yrs they have been in charge of caring for our Sorrento and have always been polite, efficient and detailed with all their work.
