Sharon Harris our sales person from 4yrs ago was still there and ready to help us. We were trading in our 2012 Kia Sorrento for a new car, and they were so helpful and patient with us as we tried out several vehicles before deciding on a 2017 Kia Soul. Just like the first time we bought our SUV everyone there worked so well together to ensure our every need was met. I would highly recommend Sharon and the entire team at Straightline to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. On a side note their service department is excellent too, over the last 4yrs they have been in charge of caring for our Sorrento and have always been polite, efficient and detailed with all their work. We were still very much interested in the Kia line of products, and so my wife started making some calls, and long story short we went to meet with Alex. He was polite, courteous, professional and accommodating, as we had our one year old with us each time. The sales approach was low pressure and totally customer driven. The managers make you feel welcome and are there if you need anything. My family and I are thankful to the team at straightline Kia, as we brought home our brand new Kia Sorrento, and are extremely excited.
