Tanner immediately identified my needs, got me on a couple of test drives right away, and gave me clear options that helped in my decision to purchase the car. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Brad and Tanner were very fair and upfront when it came to pricing, and I did not feel pressured or "manipulated" by them. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, the finance department, Cody and Kris, were very helpful and efficient in finalizing all the details, allowing me to take possession of the car within the week. best car shopping experience i’ve ever had. this was a painless, pleasant, and honest shop for me. i kind of got hosed on my previous vehicle purchase, (dishonest sales). i ended up trading in m this was a painless, pleasant, and honest shop for me. i kind of got hosed on my previous vehicle purchase, (dishonest sales). i ended up trading in my jeep for a rio5 ex (i wanted to downsize). i went in on thursday night to look at what i’d get for my jeep (trade in was fair, which is good). i knee what i wanted, Brad and Erik worked out the pricing and that was that. I picked my new vehicle 2 days later. Kris was great on the financing end also. i will highly recommend straighline kia to friends and family. sincerely, thank you. More
