Really bad! Was met at the door by a person with no sales experience. Then when I asked for an experienced sales person I was told they were all busy. She went behind closed doors to talk to the managers .. the manager never came out. Usually one is at least offered coffee asked if one would like to make an appt or wait...or the receptionist would page someone....considering the way she went out of her way to meet me the minute I got out the car I guess I would have thought she would at least know something ...at least know the routine for dealing with customers in a respectful manner. More

AMAZING!!!!! My father is 89 years old. He has just recently moved to Calgary from Montreal (1 month ago). He is an excellent driver with no infractions or accid My father is 89 years old. He has just recently moved to Calgary from Montreal (1 month ago). He is an excellent driver with no infractions or accidents an is verified each year. On March 26 he decided to go out to 130th Avenue in the South East. Understandably with never driving in Calgary he does not know his way around too well. Somehow he became lost, ended up on Deerfoot and lord knows where else. He drove for about 4 hours completely lost. He had also forgot his cell phone at home and did not know any phone numbers to call for help. In his travels he spotted a Kia dealership. Something he knew as he has a Kia. He pulled into Straightline Kia and went to the receptionist (Alishea Furrana). She was so nice to him. Gave him a water and helped him to sit down. He was, I expect visibly upset. Alishea got help. Tanner Bachman, Warren Chief and the shuttle driver Laurel all came to my dad's rescue. They drove him home and followed in the shuttle. They went above and beyond and I wanted to recognize them all for what they did and the kindness and compassion they showed my father. In this day and age kindness and compassion are often forgotten as is respect for our older generation and I want to thank them so much. I can't even express how thankful I am. Thank you just doesn't cover it. They are amazing and Straightline Kia now has my father's business even though there is another Kia dealership closer to his home. All I can say is a huge THANK YOU and WOW for your caring so deeply. I am amazed and humbled by their attitudes. Holly Mann More

Cody was great with the paper work and waited while I sorted things out with m y bank, he made the transaction easy. This is my second Kia, my 2004 was its last legs and for the 15 years I had it I never had any major problems with it or with it of Kia service. I recommend Kia to anyone looking for a new car. More

I would never spend ANY money at this Car stealership again, you might have gained $50 but lost a repeat customer, if you think that's good business practice, good luck. Timm Quigg was particularly rude and kept rolling his eyes at me while trying to discuss the issue with him. More

Immediately upon entering Straightline I was met with friendly staff, and knowledgeable sales people (I worked with Jessica Wheaton from sales). Jessica knew a ton about the vehicle I was looking at purchasing, and within moments we were chatting like old friends. She left me feeling at ease, and confident with Kia as a brand, and with the dealership and staff as a whole. Brad Enns was incredibly reasonable and friendly to do business with, and Cody Andrew was fast and efficient with financing. Purchasing a car is stressful at the best of times (having to do the “business face” and “not too excited” face (I’m the worst deal maker on the planet), but even as such, the team at Kia Straightline helped find the perfect financial, warranty, car and overall best scenario that I could ask for (you can’t go wrong with 24 hour North America wide road side assistance for 10 years/150,000kms!!!!!) Not to mention my vehicle is bad-xxx... yay 2017 Sorento!!! Thanks team! Will be seeing you again for maintenance. You were all great! Cheers! More
