2020 Kia Soul EX purchase This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Straightline Kia. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated like family! I appreciate that the team gives you time to look at the vehicles without pouncing on you for the sale. I am handicapped so selecting a vehicle can be tricky for me. With Sharon's assistance I was able to get into a vehicle that is safe and easy for me to get in and out of. The patience and understanding that Sharon showed me was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend seeing Sharon if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle. Cody, in finance, is also very patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. I also appreciated that Mike, the Sales Manager took the time to meet with me and assure me that the Kia Team are there to assist me with any questions or concerns I may have. As far as the new design of the 2020 Kia Soul EX goes, the design changes are fantastic! The new design is sleek and pleasing to the eye. It is far roomier than my old Soul. Far easier to get in and out of. The navigation system, lane assist and blind spot monitoring are great too. It certainly does keep you safer on the road. I love the large display screen too. Overall, the new design is fantastic news! More

We went in for a used Kia Sedona and left with a 2019 Kia Sedona which was used so we got a good price for a new van pretty much ! They even had suckers which my son loved. We got offered a beverage by every employee that we passed and had such friendly service They were able to come up with a finance plan that worked for us and we really liked our sales associate rick as he was super friendly and listened to what I needed in a van I love our new van and we named it orca ! I got to trade in my previous car for a good value which is more then I was expecting to get We would recomend Kia straight line and Rick I also recomend the Kia Sedona it's an amazing mini van ? This was a Memorable Experience! Last year in June we were looking at the cars specifically Kia Soul. We couldn't make a decision at the time. Our first interaction was with Sharon an Last year in June we were looking at the cars specifically Kia Soul. We couldn't make a decision at the time. Our first interaction was with Sharon and when she learned that we couldn't make a decision about the purchase, while she did follow up but she was not annoying in pushing us for sale. The gentle follow up was very pleasant that made us to go back to her this year as we were firm to ease a Kia Soul now. Both times she was very accommodating and detailed explanations made our decision easier especially that she offered the choices as close as possible to our budget. The no push environment but explanation of extra features allowed us to chose what we really required. Then ... it comes Cody who is in charge of finances and leasing. This young man is knowledgeable in what he does. He was great at his job to get us approved for leasing and explaining all aspects of the financial and legal terms. We also met Mike as the sales manager whose welcome and cheering us for the purchase was heart warming. Overall, I should say we dealt with very hard working team, and it was a pleasant experience. And the Car …. well you should drive till you know. We are excited to enjoy our Kia Soul! Good job Kia! More
